Who is Ingrid Salvenmoser?
Ingrid Salvenmoser is a former alpine skier from Austria.Her ski career in the Austrian National Ski Team has started in 1983/84 since 1984/85 she has taken part in World Cup Races. In total she has taken part in 196 World Cup Races in Giant Slalom and Slalom. She took part in 6 World Championships and 2 Olympic Games Albertville and Nagano. Her biggest result was the 3rd place in Saalbach in Slalom 1991 World Championship. She was 3 times ranked top three and several times top 10. She stopped racing 2001 and since 2002 she is running a ski school in Scheffau in the big ski area Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser. She also has a 9 year old son and is living in a nice farm house at 1000m altitude.
She competed at the 1998 Winter Olympics in the Women's slalom event, finishing in sixth position.
