Who is Isaiah Rankin?
Isaiah Marcus Rankin is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for Isthmian League Premier Division side Hendon.
He started his professional career with Arsenal where he came through the club's youth setup. Whilst with The Gunners he made one appearance and was loaned out to Colchester United before being sold to Bradford City in 1998 where he went on to help the club in their promotion to the Premier League. Whilst with Bradford he spent time on loan with Bolton Wanderers and Birmingham City before joining Barnsley on a permanent deal in 2001. In 2004 he was loaned out to Grimsby Town before making the move permanent. In the summer of 2004 he rejected a new contract with Grimsby and joined Brentford where he remained for two years before returning to Grimsby. During his second spell at Grimsby he spent a months loan with Macclesfield Town before being released and joining Stevenage Borough for the remainder of the 2007-08 season. He has since forget a career in Non-league football and has turned out for Crawley Town, Forest Green Rovers, Ashford Town and Hendon.
