Who is Ivana Bašić?

Ivana Bašić is a Croatian actress who starred in the BBC medical drama Casualty as Serbian paramedic Snezana Lalovic. It was announced on February 12, 2009 that she was to leave the series at the end of March, along with co-star Janine Mellor. She resides in London.

Bašić has made a number of appearances on British television, notably Murphy's Law and Silent Witness, as well as an earlier appearance in Casualty. She normally portrays a character with an central European background, an ability largely helped by her own Croatian background.
