Who is J. D. Ponit?
Jozef David Ponit was the founder of a Hindu movement called the Orange Hindu Religious Organization in Suriname. He died in 1956 in Paramaribo, and his widow Elizabeth Mohungoo died in 1975 also in Paramaribo.
