Who was J. Warren Madden?

J. Warren Madden, born Joseph Warren Madden, was an American lawyer, judge, civil servant, and educator. He served on the United States Court of Claims and was the first Chair of the National Labor Relations Board. He received the Medal of Freedom in 1947.
