Who is Jack Gosnell?

Jack Gosnell was the US Consul General to St. Petersburg, Russia. He graduated from Duke University in 1966.

Dr. Jack Gosnell is President and CEO of International Professional Executive Development in Falls Church, Virginia, a company that assists executives of medium and small-sized companies penetrate and succeed in the international marketplace. He is an executive with more than 20 years experience in international and bi-national cooperation in science and technology, education, business and entrepreneurship and is actively involved in medical education and health management in Russia and China. He has served as a Minister Counselor for Economic Affairs at the US Embassy in Beijing, China, as US Consul General in St. Petersburg, Russia and as Counselor for Science and Technology at the US Embassy in Moscow.
