Who is Jack Hoyne?
Jack Hoyne was an Irish hurler who played as a full-back for the Kilkenny senior team.
Hoyne made his first appearance for the team during the 1902 championship and was a regular member of the starting for the next few seasons until his retirement after the 1907 championship. During that time he won two All-Ireland medals and four Leinster medals.
At club level Hoyne was a seven-time county championship medalist with Tullaroan.
