Who is Jackie Harris?

Jackie Bernard Harris is a former American football tight end in the National Football League. Harris played for four teams in his twelve-year NFL career which lasted from 1990-2001. Harris was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the fourth round of the 1990 NFL Draft out of the University of Louisiana-Monroe. In 1999, the Titans made it to Super Bowl XXXIV in which Harris started, however they lost to the Kurt Warner-led St. Louis Rams.

After completing two years of a four-year contract to play for the Dallas Cowboys, Harris was released by the team in late February 2002 to "create salary cap room". This effectively ended his NFL career.
