Who is Jackie Hutton?

Jackie Hutton is a Scottish former footballer and manager. He played for Wishaw Juniors early in his football career and then most notably for Scunthorpe United.

He had some success as a manager, particularly in the Irish League. He led North Belfast side Cliftonville to Irish Cup glory in 1979, one of the high points of the club's history. He also managed their rivals Crusaders, although was not as successful. However he is remembered as appointing Roy Walker as his assistant, who went on to become Crusaders' greatest manager of the modern era.
