Jackie Marashi

Who is Jackie Marashi?

As General Counsel and Secretary of Vitrue, Jackie Marashi is responsible for all legal matters pertaining to the company. This includes the handling of all corporate matters, drafting and negotiating all agreements for doing business between Vitrue and consumers, corporate customers and publishing networks; as well as handling all intellectual property matters for the company.

Ms. Marashi has spent the past 10 years of her legal practice as in- house counsel with both large and small corporations, advising sales teams, management teams and executive teams on commercial transactions focused on intellectual property and technology.

Most recently, Ms. Marashi served as General Counsel of the Americas for TANDBERG Television. While at TANDBERG, she was responsible for the drafting and negotiating of all commercial transactions. She worked closely with the executive team on the acquisition and integration of one company, handling all of its intellectual property matters, and was additionally responsible for all human resource matters.

Prior to joining TANDBERG, Ms. Marashi served as Senior Corporate Counsel of Internap Network Services, a public company focusing on Internet-based network optimization solutions. She also served as the Secretary of the Board of Directors and handled all public company reports and filings with the SEC. Prior to working at Internap, she served as in house counsel at Siebel Systems and BellSouth Advertising Publishing Corporation.

Ms. Marashi received her J.D. and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 1994 and has a B.A., Magna Cum Laude from the University of Miami in 1990. She is licensed to practice law in Georgia and Florida.
