Jacques Nguyễn Văn Mầu was a Vietnamese bishop of the Roman Catholic Church.
Nguyễn was born in Bà Rịa in 1914. He was ordained a priest on 21 September 1940, appointed bishop of Vinh Long following the resignation of Antoine Nguyễn Văn Thiện on 12 July 1968, and received his episcopal consecration on 12 September 1968. He retired from the diocese of Vinh Long on 3 July 2001, aged 87.
