Who is Jaime Caruana?
Jaime Caruana is the General Manager of the Bank for International Settlements. His five-year term began on 1 April 2009. In June 2013, it was extended until end-March 2017. He was also the Governor of the Bank of Spain from July 2000 to July 2006.
