Who is Jay Kerttula?
Jalmar Martin "Jay" Kerttula is a retired Alaska politician. A member of the Democratic Party, Kerttula served in the Alaska House of Representatives from 1961 to 1972. He served as the Speaker of the Alaska House of Representatives from 1969 to 1970. He was also later Alaska Senate President and his daughter is Beth Kerttula. Kerttula is a Lutheran.
