James A. Harmon is a fund manager; founder, chairman and chief investment officer of Caravel Management LLC; longtime investment banker; chairman of the World Resources Institute; and chairman of the Egyptian-American Enterprise Fund. He was the 18th chairman and president of the Export-Import Bank of the United States, and has served on numerous public and private boards of directors.
