Who is James Airey?

James Airey was an English cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman and right-arm medium-pace bowler who played for Lincolnshire. He was born in Barnsley.

Airey, who appeared for the side in the Minor Counties Championship between 1989 and 1991, made a single List A appearance for the side, during the 1990 NatWest Trophy, against Gloucestershire. In the only innings in which he batted, he scored a duck.

Airey bowled 10 overs in the match, taking figures of 1-60, his only wicket being that of Dean Hodgson.
