Who is James Burrows?

James C. Burrows is a politician and a former municipal councillor in St. Albert, Alberta.

He first ran for St. Albert City Council in 1998, soon after moving to the city. He was defeated, but was more successful three years later when he was one of six councillors elected from a field of fifteen. During this election, he received an endorsement from S.E.N.S.I.B.L.E. Choice, a lobby group which favoured the same alignment for the city's west regional road as did Burrows. Burrows was re-elected in 2004, and 2007, but was defeated in 2010.
