Who is James E. Schutte?

Primarily a nonfiction writer, Schutte produces mostly continuing medical education courses that teach physicians about medical malpractice issues and how to reduce their own risks of getting sued through better communication with their patients. His specialty is explaining complex legal issues in simple, easily understood text, using lots of real-life stories to illustrate important points. The late attorney Melvin Belli, known as "The King of Torts", wrote the foreword to one of Schutte's books.
