James Fiorda

Who is James Fiorda?

As Vice President of Marketing, Mr. Fiorda is responsible for the

marketing strategy and corporate positioning of KnowNow's Live

Information Management solutions. Most recently, Mr. Fiorda led

marketing strategy for Sigma Dynamics, where he was responsible for the

marketing strategy and corporate positioning of Sigma Dynamics'

real-time predictive analytics and decisioning technology. Prior to

joining Sigma Dynamics, Mr. Fiorda led the product marketing strategy

for the PeopleSoft CRM Marketing and Analytics suite and the product

marketing strategy behind E-piphany's marketing solutions.

Mr. Fiorda holds a Masters’ degree in business administration with a

focus on international business, and a B.S. in marketing management

from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, Illinois.
