Who is James Marcinkowski?
James Marcinkowski is a former Central Intelligence Agency case officer and former administrative staff attorney in the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office, and was an unsuccessful candidate in the 2006 election for the United States House of Representatives in Michigan's 8th Congressional District. He is one of the former CIA agents who has spoken about the consequences of the Plame affair.
