Who is James O'Keefe?

Dr. James O'Keefe Jr., MD is an American author and cardiologist best known for his studies in the field of cardiovascular medicine, diet and exercise. O’Keefe is the co-author of the best selling consumer health books, The Forever Young Diet & Lifestyle and Let Me Tell You a Story. He is currently a professor of medicine at the University of Missouri–Kansas City and Director of Preventive Cardiology at the Mid America Heart Institute of St. Luke's hospital.
