James P. Whitson is the Chief Tax Officer for Delphi Corporation. He is responsible for directing Delphi's global tax and customs planning and reporting.Prior to joining Delphi in August 1998, Whitson was the Vice President, Assistant Treasurer and Director of Taxes at ITT.
