Who was James Parker?
James Parker was an American politician. He represented Massachusetts's 19th and 18th districts in the United States House of Representatives, from 1813 to 1815, and 1819 to 1821 elected as a Democratic-Republican. He also served as a member of the Massachusetts Senate. Parker died in Gardiner, Maine on November 9, 1837.
