Who is James Tien?
James Tien Pei-chun GBS OBE JP is a Liberal Party member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong. He was also a member of Central and Western District Council. He is a successful clothing merchant with other interests in property development and investment. His younger brother Michael Tien owns the fashion chain G2000 and was chairman of the Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation before it merged with the Mass Transit Railway Corporation.
