Who is Jamie Moriarty?

Jamie Moriarty is an American bobsledder who has competed since 2006. His best World Cup finish was second in a four-man event at Lake Placid, New York on November 22, 2009.

It was announced on January 17, 2010 that Moriarty made the US team in the four-man event for the 2010 Winter Olympics where he finished 13th. Jamie will be in the four-man USA III sled along with teammates Bill Schuffenhauer, Nick Cunningham and Mike Kohn. Prior to qualifying for the 2010 Winter Olympics, Jamie trained with TCBoost, a speed and performance firm that has trained a number of successful professional and college athletes. He is said to have collaborated on the bobsled movie, 'Cool Runnings'.
