Who was Jan Kubisz?
Jan Kubisz was a Polish educator and poet from the region of Cieszyn Silesia. His poem Płyniesz Olzo po dolinie, centered around the Olza River, became unofficial anthem of Cieszyn Silesia, especially Poles in Zaolzie.
