Who is Janet Zand?

Janet Zand is a practitioner of Oriental medicine, naturopathy, herbalism, and acupuncture. Zand is also a lecturer and author.

Zand has published several books including A Parent's Guide to Medical Emergencies, Smart Medicine, and Smart Medicine for a Healthier Child and has a line of herbal supplements. From 1978 to 1998, she was part of a private practice in Santa Monica, California specializing in traditional Chinese medicine and nutrition. She has studied homeopathy, medicine, nutrition, and acupuncture throughout the U.S. and Asia. From 1978-2002 Zand was the Chairman of the Board, co-founder, and formulator for Zand Herbal Formulas.

She lectures throughout the country to physicians, acupuncturists, naturopaths, chiropractors, nurses and other health-care professionals on natural medicine including traditional Chinese medicine, nutrition and homeopathy. She still practices acupuncture and has contributed as a presenter at the Pacific Symposium.

Zand is now a contributing doctor, along with Nathan Bryan, for Neogenis Labs.

Zand is the principal formulator of Systeme 41 products, an all–natural skin care line started in 2010.
