Who was János Parti?
János Parti was a Hungarian sprint canoer who competed from the early 1950s to the early 1960s. Competing in three Summer Olympics, he won three medals with one gold and two silvers. Parti also won a gold medal in the C-1 1000 m event at the 1954 ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships in Mâcon.
