Who is Jasem Yaqoub?
Jasem Yaqoub Sultan Al-Besara is a former Kuwaiti footballer. He played from 1972 until 1982, and scored 34 goals for his team.
Sultan played for the Kuwait national football team at the 1980 Summer Olympics and the 1982 FIFA World Cup.
