Who is Javier Careaga?
Javier Careaga Tagueña is a retired breaststroke swimmer from Mexico. He represented his native country at two consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in Seoul, South Korea.
As of 2008, he is the current President of the Mexican Swimming Federation.
