Jay Shah

Who is Jay Shah?

Mr. Shah joined E-LOAN in March 2004, applying his operations and

technology expertise in a leadership role with the company's Business

Process Optimization group. In 2005, he was tasked with running all

information and technology operations as the company's CIO. Prior to

E-LOAN, Mr. Shah was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology

Officer at Myers Internet, Inc., a leading web development company

headquartered in Silicon Valley. Previously, he served as Chief

Technology Officer at Provident Funding Associates L.P., the nation's

largest privately held wholesale mortgage company in America. Before

Provident, he served as Director of Technology, National Risk

Management Services for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Shah began his

career at Chevron Corporation. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in

Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
