Who is Jean-Louis Tauran?

Jean-Louis Pierre Tauran is a French cardinal of the Catholic Church. He currently serves as the president of the Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue in the Roman Curia. He was elevated to the cardinalate in 2003 and is the current Cardinal Protodeacon.
