Jennifer C. Dolan

Who is Jennifer C. Dolan?

Jennifer C. Dolan was named vice president, forest products, in February 2002 and

has overall responsibility for managing the Company's paper purchasing activities

and equity investment in two paper mills. Previously she served as executive director

of the Forest Products Group since May 2000 and was acting director of the Group

since 1999. She served as the director of finance since 1996 and was the group controller

from 1989 through 1995.

Ms. Dolan served in a variety of other financial management positions since joining

the Company in 1979 as the controller of Times Books. Prior to that, she was a senior

accounting analyst at Union Pacific Corporation from 1976 to 1979, and a senior

accountant at Price Waterhouse from 1970 to 1976.

Ms. Dolan received a B.B.A. degree in accounting, graduating cum laude, from the

University of Miami in 1968 and an M.B.A. degree in finance from New York University

in 1970. She is a certified public accountant.
