Chester Jennings Poindexter [Jinx] was a pitcher in Major League Baseball who played for the Boston Red Sox and Philadelphia Phillies. Listed at 5 ft 10 in, 165 lb., Poindexter batted and threw left-handed. He was born in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma.
