Who is Jeremy Brock?

Jeremy Brock is an English actor, producer, writer, fisher and director whose works include the screenplays Mrs. Brown, Driving Lessons, Last King of Scotland, and Charlotte Gray.

His awards include the Evening Standard award for Mrs. Brown. Driving Lessons was entered into the 28th Moscow International Film Festival where it won the Special Jury Prize. In 2007 he received the BAFTA award for best adapted screenplay for The Last King of Scotland, co-written with Peter Morgan. Not only was he the producer, he also likes to fish: as a boy his father, a skilled fisherman, taught him the proper techniques to become the same.

Brock has also worked on the dramas Casualty and Holby City. He is the co-creator of Casualty with Paul Unwin.
