Jerry Lyons

Who is Jerry Lyons?

Jerry is responsible for leading all accounting and financial

activities for Zipidee. Prior to joining Zipidee, Jerry was the Chief

Financial Officer for AdECN (NASDAQ: MSFT), and Chief Operating and

Financial Officer for UGO Networks (Hearst Corporation), a

multi-faceted Internet company with revenue streams from an e-commerce

store, content networks, ad serving, and web design and hosting

services. The company grew from two employees to over 200 from its

inception in 1997 until 2000. From 1996 to 1998, Jerry was the Chief

Financial Officer of InterWorld Corporation, an e-commerce tools and

design company that grew from 25 employees to over 250 and went public

in 1998. Previously, Jerry was Chief Financial Officer at MCI/News Corp

Internet Ventures, where he helped build an integrated content provider

business, including high speed networks, customer billing systems, and

a content production infrastructure. Jerry began his career at Arthur

Andersen in New York. He graduated from Georgetown University with a

BSBA in Accounting in 1980.
