Who is Jervis Drummond?

Jervis Éarlson Drummond Johnson in Limón, is a retired Costa Rican footballer who played as a centre-back and wing-back for Deportivo Saprissa of the Costa Rican first division for his entire career. He was also a regular for the Costa Rica national football team, playing at two CONCACAF Gold Cups and two FIFA World Cups.

He made his international debut on September 25, 1995 against Jamaica. Drummond was selected for the 2002 World Cup, but he received no playing time.

His twin brother, Gerald Drummond, plays for Club Sport Herediano. He played with his brother in the under-20 Football World Youth Championship held in Qatar in 1995, as well as in Brazilian team Flamengo's minor league system.

With Saprissa, he won five national championships and two CONCACAF Champions Cups, and was part of the team that played the 2005 FIFA Club World Championship Toyota Cup, where Saprissa finished third behind São Paulo and Liverpool.
