Who is Jim Vogt?
Jim Vogt brings to Trapeze Networks over 20 years of business and
technology experience in the voice and data network and communications
market place. Prior to joining Trapeze, Jim was president and CEO of
Ingrian Networks, where he led the privately held secure appliance firm
through two rounds of funding and built the company's infrastructure
and customer base. Prior to Ingrian, Jim held several senior executive
product development and line roles with SynOptics Communications, Bay
Networks and Nortel Networks, including vice president of product
management for Bay's desktop products, vice president and general
manager of Bay's workgroup product division, and president of Nortel
Network’s $1.4 billion small-business solutions division.
He earned a BS degree in electrical engineering from the University of
Nevada and an MBA from Santa Clara University, Santa Clara, Calif.
