Jimmy N. Dimos is a retired state Fourth Judicial District Court judge based in Monroe in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana, United States. Dimos is also a former Democratic member of the Louisiana House of Representatives, having served from 1976 to 1999. From 1988 to 1992, he was the Speaker of the House, the recommended choice of then Democratic Governor Charles E. "Buddy" Roemer, III.
