Joan Voss is an American Democratic Party politician who served in the New Jersey General Assembly from 2004 until 2012, representing the 38th legislative district. Voss is currently serving on the Bergen County Board of Chosen Freeholders, having been elected to the board in 2011 after choosing not to seek reelection to her Assembly seat.
