Who is John Watkins?
John Chewning Watkins is an American politician. A Republican, he served in the Virginia House of Delegates from 1982 to 1998, when he was elected to the Senate of Virginia. He currently represents the 10th district, situated in part of the city of Richmond and its westerly suburbs, including all of Amelia and Powhatan counties and parts of four others.
