John Edward Cleghorn, FCA, OC is a Canadian business executive and a former university leader. Cleghorn was former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Royal Bank of Canada from 1994 until 2001. He is a former Chairman of the Board of Canadian Pacific Railway.
