Who is John Estes?

John Estes is a center and guard for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League. He graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a degree in Communications in December 2009.

At Hawaii, Estes was a three-time All-WAC performer. Estes also set the NCAA record for consecutive games started and games played in 2009. Estes was on the Rimington Award watch list in 2007, 2008, and 2009. In his senior year campaign of 2009 he was one of 3 finalists for the award. Estes comes from a long line of Football players in his family both collegiately and Professionally: Grandfather Pat Hiram and Uncle Roy Hiram, both all American running backs at San Jose State University, Brother Patrick Estes Defensive Tackle University of Nevada '02, Uncle Rockne Freitas Detroit Lions, Cousins Makai Freitas Arizona Wildcats '01 and Makoa Freitas Arizona Wildcats '03 and Indianapolis colts, Cousins Kahai '08 and Kainoa LaCount '10 University of Hawaii, and cousin Mana Greig University of Oregon '14.
