Who is Johnny Araya Monge?
Johnny Francisco Araya Monge is a Costa Rican politician. He has been the mayor of the country's capital San José from 1998 to 2001 and again since 2003. Moreover, he was the Co-President of the United Cities and Local Governments from 2010 to 2013. He is a member of the National Liberation Party and its presidential candidate in the 2014 election.
