Who is José Oscar Flores?

José Oscar "Turu" Flores is an Argentine retired footballer who played as a striker, and the current manager of Club Atlético Vélez Sársfield in the Argentine Primera División.

He started his professional career with Vélez Sársfield in his native country, winning seven titles during the club's successful 1990s era. He then spent the following eight years in Spain – 194 league games and 61 goals in both major levels, namely with Deportivo de La Coruña – and also played twice for the Argentine national team.
