Joshua Martin Neer is an American mixed martial artist who was most recently under contract with the UFC, competing in the Welterweight division. He has also formerly competed for the Quad Cities Silverbacks of the IFL, Bellator, the IFC, and Shark Fights. He is the former Shark Fights Interim Welterweight Champion.
