Joshua
S. Levine is currently a Managing Director of investment management
firm Kita Capital Management, LLC. Prior to September 2005, Levine was
the Chief Technology and Operations Officer of E*TRADE FINANCIAL Corp.
where he was responsible for the company's global customer operations,
a staff of 1,800 worldwide and an annual spend of $350 million. Before
joining E*TRADE FINANCIAL in October 1999, Levine was Managing Director
and Global Head of Equity Technology at Deutsche Bank. Prior to that,
Levine was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley serving in various
leading technology roles for 12 years. Levine is also a member of the
National Counterterrorism Center�s Industry Advisory Board - an agency
in the newly created federal Department of National Intelligence.
