Who is Justin Ballay Mégot?
Justin Ballay Mégot is a Congolese political figure. He served in the government of Congo-Brazzaville as Minister-Delegate for Development Cooperation and La Francophonie from 2002 to 2005, as Minister at the Presidency for Cooperation and Development from 2005 to 2007, and as Minister at the Presidency for Subregional Integration and the New Partnership for Africa's Development from 2007 to 2009. He has been a member of the Constitutional Court of Congo-Brazzaville since 2012.
