Ms. She has been Head of IT Department of Sears Holdings Corporation since March 24, 2004.She served as Senior Vice President of Sears Holdings Corporation until March 24, 2005. Ms. Austin served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at the retail chain of Kmart Corp. from April 18, 2002 to March 2005. She has an intimate knowledge of Kmart Corp.'s systems and was responsible for systems governing store operations, merchandising, supply chain and finance.Ms. Austin served as Vice President for applications development of Kmart Corp. She previously served as Vice President, IT Applications of Kmart Holding Corp., from 2001 to 2002 and as Divisional Vice President, Supply Chain Applications from 1999 to 2001. She joined Kmart in 1984.Ms. Austin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Tri-State University in Angola, Ind.
