Who was Kazimierz Poniatowski?
Prince Kazimierz Poniatowski, born Count Kazimierz Poniatowski was a Polish Szlachcic, podkomorzy wielki koronny, generał wojsk koronnych. Knight of the Order of the White Eagle, awarded on August 3, 1744 in Warsaw.
He was Great Podkomorzy of the Crown in 1742-1773 and General of the Crown Army. He was also created a Prince by his brother King Stanisław II August Poniatowski on December 4, 1764.
He married on January 21, 1751 Apollonia Ustrzycka, by whom he had one son and two daughters:
