Who is Kelda Roys?
Kelda Roys is an attorney, a real estate agent, and a former Democratic member of the Wisconsin State Assembly. She represented the 81st Assembly District from 2008 until 2013, and during the 2011-2013 session, served as Minority Caucus Chair. In September 2011, Roys gave up her Assembly to run for Congress in Wisconsin's 2nd congressional district, a race she lost in August 2012.
